In 2015, I experienced what some might call a spiritual awakening. Things got a shake up! I had twenty years teaching under my belt but after a time, the belt started to feel tight, small and restrictive. There was restlessness and confusion but also something else, a tangible shift in the atmosphere! Many of us feel that same shift right now. The desire to expand and contribute suddenly feels essential and urgent. We’re all being asked to shed the old to expose something more authentic, sustainable and amazing! After I leaned into my shift, the first gift to emerge was the flow of Reiki, an energy healing technique which truly nourishes the soul. As a Reiki master and owner of Violet Bloom in Monterey, I now use guided meditations, individual healing sessions, innovative workshops and special events to move people forward in unlocking their own authenticity and joy. I continue to follow my own natural progression as well, unfolding an abundance of spiritual gifts and finding deep fulfillment in helping others do the same!
