In Person Reiki Session

First, I'll take a few moments to talk about what's going on with you and where you would like to receive healing (Click the session preparation button below this description to help you set a meaningful intention and discover more ways to optimize your session). You'll then get settled in on the treatment table. From there, I'll start to restore the free flow of positive energy by laying my hands in a series of positions on or slightly above your body. During this time, you might feel heat or waves of radiant energy. Some people see colors, people or places. Some experience deep emotional release as the blocked energy begins to shift and others may fall asleep or drop into theta consciousness, a deep state of relaxation and receptivity. As I'm working on you, I may begin to verbalize what I'm sensing or I may save the information to share with you at the end of your session. It's really all about what's called for and guided in the present moment. Just know that the energy itself will go exactly where it's needed most, helping you to release, relax and rebalance.  

In Person Reiki Session - $100

Remote Reiki Session

A remote, or distance, Reiki session is a perfect choice for those who are unable to travel for an in person healing. If you choose this option, we will set up a time that works for you when you can lay down, relax and be free from distractions. Another benefit of laying down at this time is that it gives you a chance to be still and notice any sensations or insights that come up for you during treatment. At the start of your appointment, I will call to check in with you and discuss where you would like to receive healing. After our phone call, your remote Reiki session will begin lasting a minimum of 45 minutes. Upon completion, I will call you again to exchange feedback and share any insights which come up during your healing.
